navigation arrow missing on right side.

1. why is mine showing the arrows inside and not outside like yours as well as missing the right side.
See image 1 and 2 attached.
2.I cant seem to balance the image and move it upwards so it is inline like the previous slide. See image 3 with thee 3 dogs in the picture.

I have resolved the #2 problem and just need the number 1 resolved 🙂
Theme is shaping up beautifully
for problem number 2 how do I make the image fit correctly ?
Part of the right side is missing and I cant see where to reduce it to be responsive.
