Navigation not in line with other things in header?

1) Website below. notice that the main navigation bar (home blog about us etc) is not in line with the items on the right (special offers, etc.)
What CSS do we use to fix that? I used inspect element and padding of 5px on top and -15px on bottom lines it up, I think.
2) The highlighting of “browse categories” is not extending the full width of the navigation. Can you suggest a fix? I assume CSS?

1) I have visited your website and the main menu is aligned with the other items please clear cache and check back.

2) The full width option only works when you added the HTML block for the horizontal menu not in the vertical categories mega menu.
