navigation sticky toolbar on mobile not working

i have an isseu,

my sticky toolbar doesn`t show on mobile… i have enabled the option but no toolbar 🙁

Hi Elise…sorry for my late reply! something weird happend…i was disabling the maintenance mode from the server when i found the other one from woodmart itself…so what i did i just disabled than one and the toolbar magically appears haha!
