Need Help: Header menu bar and footer are not (or no longer) displayed

Hello.
I have saved a small CSS code on the home page to align the links of the blog titles, but have taken it out again.
But: Since this step, the header and the footer have disappeared. I cannot explain this. The little CSS code (text align left) actually has nothing to do with these. And it has been also removed.
Unfortunately, I can’t find a bug to solve the problem.
Can you help me?

The menu and footer are missing on the home page (German). Other (sub)pages are not affected.
The issue must be somewhere on the home page.

no, this is a replacement page to display the menu to visitors. Without the navigation and menu, the page is not usable for visitors. So I had to quickly create a new homepage.
I have renamed the previous home page and set the static home page with the replacement page in the settings.
The pages where the header and footer are gone are (as I wrote in the first post) the following:
