Need help regarding parent images not showing up on variation producs

Hello,

Bought your theme for a few sites we are running and we absolutely love it. However we have run into a small issue.

We have many variable products. These variable products are all the same, except the quantity is different. This is why we want the same pictures to be on all the variations. When we go into our variable products there are no photos. Yes, we can add them manually, but that is very time consuming. We want the parent products AND the product gallery of those products to show up on all our variations.

it worked to replace the parent product images, but none of the product galleries images are now showing up.

Some help would be great on this matter.

Hello,

As we can see, you have some plugins for variations swatches that may affect this. Please, disable all external plugins so we can check how it works with our theme by default.
If all variations don’t have images uploaded then your image gallery will not be changed at all when you select a variation.

Thank you, we will look at that and I will let you know how it goes.

In the mean time, we’ve found another issue. This has now been tested with chrome and a couple others.

Our problem is the quick view – it simply doesn’t work and it also crashes the site. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried several products now both on product pages and frontpage, and same thing is happening.

EDIT: After a little more testing, this seems to only be the problem with product that isn’t variable. it’s still a problem on all of our variable products though, which is a lot of products.
