Need help regarding website TTFB

This issue is nothing to do with theme but here is the situation
I am using:
WP Rocket
redis
CDN
Jetpack Security only (disabled many unused function or features)
What happening is the page loading too slow

I did enabled delay in java script execution involved like except theme javscript rest all delay in execution. Still my page loading speed is too slow. If i test in google page speed TTFB is 4.2 which is not acceptable. Not sure what can i do to make it fast. Not like page is heavy or big.
If possible please help what can be done?

Permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme i cant allow you friend as this is production and users are using it.
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, we will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

Its not working to create a copy for test env. Its okay, Thank you very much for your time. Can you please share some guide line what can i do make it little faster. That will be more then enough. Else feel free close the ticket.
