Need help to fix one issue

Hi there, i have created one staging website ( subdomain ) for the main website http://www.cungu.com and i have activate the debug mode . The debug log files is reporting me this issue :
Undefined index: fields in /home/u145147237/domains/cungu.com/public_html/testweb-cungu/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/widgets/wph-widget-class.php on line 538

Can you please help me out to find this issue in my main website and to fix it ?

This error would be fixed in the nearest update, meanwhile, you can ignore this error, it is not critical and the site would work properly.
