Need help to make some changes in my website .

Hi, im using your theme almost 2 years ago and so far the theme is working fine . Now i need to make some changes in my theme and i need your help . This website is using the same theme : https://cilimarapg.com/product-category/aksesoari/ how did he make when you click on the main category to appear the subcategories in images ? ( look at the screen shot what i mean : https://prnt.sc/vvqs2w ) i want to make the same setting can you please help me how to do it in my theme .
Another thing that i need your help is as you can see in this website : https://cilimarapg.com/product-category/aksesoari/namjestaj/
How did they use to make the thumbnail images to look the same, although they are using different images size width and hight . To be more specific i want to use the same setting in my website and to make my thumbnail photos look as he has done it ?

Thank you very much for the warm feedback.
The categories and sub-categories are configured in the Appearance > Customize > Wooocommerce > Product page, you will find two drop-downs for shop page view and for the categories page view.
They could crop the images, please read and follow this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/
