Need help with shop filters

Hello,
I need help with the shop filter.

I need to be able to filter 2 categories at the same time, for example if I want to see “Pants” and “T-shirts” at the same time.

How can I do that? Or some plugin that works well.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

I suggest you check some plugins from WooCommerce for that purpose.

I understand your answer. But I need help to be able to filter more than 1 category or tag at a time in the store.

In the store filters I use “WooCommerce WOODMART Layered Navigation” and it works fine, I can select more than 1 item at a time, but it only allows me to filter by product attributes.

It is important in the store to be able to filter by categories and/or tags and allow to select more than one at a time.

So, how can I solve this? Could I in the “WooCommerce WOODMART Layered Navigation” widget select categories?

It’s because our “WooCommerce WOODMART Layered Navigation” works only with attributes. To show categories, you use the default widget from WooCommerce and at the same time, it doesn’t filter more than 1 category. So it’s not a theme issue because that widget comes directly from WooCommerce.

I suggest you contact the WooCommerce support team and ask whether it is possible to customize the default categories widget, if not, ask which plugin you can use to have such an ability.

Ok, I already sent the comment but in the meantime I need a solution for my store. I need to be able to select more than 1 product category at a time. Otherwise the filter on the store page does not make sense.

I understand but it would be to modify only the widgets of “WooCommerce WOODMART Layered Navigation” to give the option to filter by category and tags as well. Now it only allows filtering by attributes.
