Need help with WCFM issues

Hi,

I need some help. I am using WCFM to create Multi-vendor market website, combined with Woodmart.

1 Responsive issue on iPad: There is a responsive issue with the WCFM plugin when I open the Store management on iPad. The sidebar keeps opening and does not collapse when we want it to. That’s why half of the iPad screen has the sidebar and the other half has the content. It is impossible to see anything on iPad.

On the other hand, it works well on mobile phone since the left sidebar will collapse so that we can see the content.

2 One more Responsive issue with Chatbox:

When I use the Chatbox as an operator and talk to my visitor, there was an issue with my Chat Box’s view as an operator. There was a responsive issue. The comment box, status, and sentences overlap each other at many locations. This makes it hard to see things clearly. Must fix that.

Note: I already contacted WCFM plugin about these 2 issues. But they passed them back to you. Here is their reply.

“we are are not replicate this issue in our server. It seems like you are using woodmart theme, then please contact the woodmart theme support once regarding this issue, Woodmart theme added WCFM support in their theme. Also please check once using default wordpress theme. If you facing same issue using default wordpress theme, kindly share your a demo vendor access, we need to check this issue in your server.”

Please advise have checked these issues on any default theme? Please make the full backup of the site and check.

Please show us two screens: one on the default theme and one on the WoodMart theme.

As for the chat plugin, WoodMart theme can hardly influence the view. Please also check how it works on the default theme.

I have checked on the default theme Twenty twenty one, the same issues happen there. That means it is not your theme problem. That is the WCFM Plugin problem.

The two issues which I mentioned above happen on both Woodmart and Twenty twenty one. That means:

The two issues include:
1 iPad responsive: on both Woodmart and Twenty twenty one, I couldn’t see the view completely since the sidebar on the left side doesn’t collapse. It takes half of the screen, so we can’t see anything and can’t do anything.

2 Chatbox: If you put the iPad on the horizontal dimension (similar as desktop view), not the vertical dimension, Or if you use a MAC or desktop, you will see the chat lines overlap each other. Also the right side area also overlaps each other. That is totally a mess.
