Need On click : none action in information box.

i need on click none in information card. because whenever user clicks on the information, the user is navigated to top of the page. because whenever i click the empty url promo banner or information card, i get /# in my url

Eliminate the # link in the promotional banner by accessing the page through the page builder and removing the link.

there is no # kept on the Button link on Information Box.
