Need to add a Text block sitewise to all products at once

Please advise how I add a text block to all my products at once, all products site wise .

I suggest you use the “Before Add to cart button” or “After Add to cart” area for showing your HTML Block for all products globally, you can find these areas in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart: https://take.ms/uiEKM

Ok thank you, is that all I need to do
Do I click on the option to ” create new HTML block” as per the attached image?
And then when I am in that section do I just save it?

If you don’t have an appropriate HTML Block in Dashboard -> HTML Blocks, you can click on that button and create a block per your needs and then select that block here: https://take.ms/nZp4z
