NEED TO CHECK MY THEME FOR UPDATE !

Dear Xtemos, i have translate my theme with loco translate both woocoomerce and Woodmart and everything is fine i have finish my translate . Now my plugin and theme need to be updated can you please check if i update my theme and woocommerce do i lose my translate words !!!
Just please check this for me and led me know what to do if is needed !!

You will not lose your current translations files after the update. But we suggest you to create a full backup for your website files on the server before the update.
