I have a question: how can I add Netopia payment to my purchase? Unfortunately, when I activate the add-on, the site crashes when I make a purchase.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Unfortunately I have the same problem with the Twenty Twenty-Four template, this plugin is a payment option, I have seen it on several sites around the country so I need it. What else can I do ?

You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue. Please contact the plugin support in this regard. They will guide you better.
