    I have one more question there is a text appearing on the homepage in the mobile version. Please check the doc attached, and tell me how I can remove it.

    I can see my file couldn’t be uploaded . The text begins with « You just installed the latest version… »

    – I have noticed that some words are in English again instead of French : please confirm I need to translate all the words on Basel Child so I don’t have any problems like this for the future updates ?

    – I can see that there are two “Share with Whatsapp” below the product page and the last one bring to an error page

    – I have noticed a problem with the wishlist : when I add a product to my wishlist, the wishlist still stays empty. But the number at the heart counts up on mobile and desktop.

    In order to restore the translations, restore the site from the backup, save the translation file in this way: https://prnt.sc/qa281x then update the theme and you will never lose the translations.

    During the update please read and follow the suggestions: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/

    We have integrated Wishlist and Compare functionality into our theme. Please delete the plugins and configure as per manuals: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/basel-compare/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/basel-wishlist/

    In order to get rid of the message, update all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

    Elise, I am sorry but I have no idea where you went when you show the screen shot for translation.

    Did you go to loco translate ? If so, I need to go to Basel Child or Basel ? Can you please right down all the steps ?

    Hello,

    Yes, this is Loco. You need to translate Loco > Themes > Basel. You translate the parent theme and save translation as I have shown if your translation is not in the proper folder move it the proper place. We suggest you keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/basel-pt_PT.po folder.

    Hello,

    I’ve downloaded the latest version of WPBakery and Revolution Slider but when I uploaded them, a message error say it has failed because they already exist.
    How can I update them ?

    Hello,

    1. Deactivate and delete the current version.

    2. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

    3. Upload and install in Dashboard > Plugins.

    Try to update in Appearance > Install plugins first of all.
