new custom header does not show up

I made a custom header using your header builder and made it default as you can see in the image (capture.JPG). I have removed all cache browser and entire history as well but still this header is not showing up. Currently electronic theme header is showing which i was using before but now i want to use this header which is under header builder with the name of custom header. Resolve this problem asap.
