New custom tab on product page

Hello. Is it possible to create a custom area on the product edit page for Characteristics. I see that it is possible to insert a custom HTML block in every single product but I want to add a new custom area in the edit page like “Short description”.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
