New customers can not see shipping methods when filling in address

Hi,

When new or not logged in customers enters the checkout no shipping methods appear when they fill in their address:

Normally they should automatically when street and zip code is filled in.

We have tried with a standard theme with all other plugins deactivated and then it works. It does not work when Woodmart is activated.
