Customers can receive the order email but not the new account email which contains user name and password after placing an order. How to set it up?
Hello,
Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and scroll to “Customer new account”. Make sure it’s enabled and correctly configured.
WooCommerce only sends the “Customer new account” email when an account is created.
Sometimes, emails fail due to hosting or spam filters. Using an SMTP plugin (like WP Mail SMTP) ensures better deliverability and logs any failures.
