Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

We want to use the WoodMart checkout layout that can be customized with Elementor. On another website built with the WoodMart theme, we can easily customize the checkout page (add headings, edit address details, modify billing sections, etc.).

However, on this website, the WoodMart checkout layout is not working. You provided the default WooCommerce checkout shortcode, which works, but it does not allow us to customize the page as needed.

Please check why the WoodMart checkout template in layouts is not functioning properly on this site. These are theme templates, so they should work correctly.

You don’t need to edit the Checkout page itself with Elementor. The checkout is designed to be customized via Theme Layouts, not by editing the page content directly.

Correct way to customize the checkout

Keep the Checkout page simple, containing only the default shortcode:

[woocommerce_checkout]

Then Create or edit a Checkout layout and customize all checkout elements there.

I mean let leave this think aside for a minute. just tell me why if i choose a template from woodmart layout checkout page then just tell me why the checkout button is not working. currently if i have added the shortcode only then the checkout button is working. is there any bug in woodmart theme that adding a checkout page using their template in layouts does not work !
