New features after licence purchasing are not available

Hello,

I started to use Basel Theme in 2021. Today I have bought a new license to make new features available on my website for example “Frequently Bought Together”. Now I have two license keys but can’t use the new license key on Basel -> Theme license.

The version of my theme is 5.7.2 and I see the “Frequently Bought Together” option on the product’s page. When I click on “Open bundles manager” the problem as in the attached image occurs.

What should I do to start the newest features to work?

Hello,

Make sure that you have updated all the included plugin as well. You can do this in Appearance -> Install plugins. If it doesn’t help, send us your admin access so we can check.
