New Install- Theme Post Types Plug in Failed?

I am brand new to this theme and trying to install it on my site. I think I have all the required plugins, except for this “Theme Post Types” one that keeps saying the install has failed.

This is the message I get: “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”

Now, when I try and search this support forum, it says the only plugins I should have installed should be these Contact Form 7, Mailchimp for WordPress, Safe SVG, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce, WPBakery Page Builder, XTEMOS Post Types plugin

It looks like all of them are there except for that last one. How do I get that? And is that supposed to take the place of the Theme Post Types plugin?
