NEW label not working

Hello, thank you for the theme, which is really great, however I am having issues with the NEW label not showing.

Please can you have a look? I set it in the product options, but it doesn’t show on the product for some reason, or keep the check mark next to the box in the backend.

If the problem has not been solved, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.
