New layout checkout not showing shipping to an other adress

I create a new layout checkout but this not show the box to check of shipping to an other adress like woocommerce default checkout.

WooCommerce >Settings > In the Shipping tab –> click on the shipping options–> (select) Default to customer billing address.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
If the issue with our theme deactivates the third party plugins on your site and share the wp logins details of your site i will check and give you a possible solution.
