We have website on wordpress and using woocommerce, Theme Woodmart, it is online shop, we have problem, when user create new order and complete it, we don’t get any email notification, it happens for example 2 times out of 10 orders. We installed email error log plugin, but nothings show it, as we fineded Woormart theme don’t create initiatives for email notification, also on server side we checked and works everything.

WoodMart theme doesn’t influence sending mails from Woocommerece, This is Woocommerce functionality. Perhaps something is wrong with server configuration. if you check the issue on the Storefron theme, you will get the same. Please contact the host support, let them check the logs to see the reason.
