New pages when changing attributes.

Hi, hope you are doing well. In the demo version of the theme, when there is change in the shop page layout or in attributes, there comes ajax loading and then the new results are displaying. However, in my website, the ajax loading comes and the page reloads again and after than the chosen results are displaying. This is irritating and consumes time and bad for customers. How can I make it as it is in demo version? I do not want additional reloading in the page.

Please , provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.
