New Products added, but the page will not load.

I occasionally experience the problem of having added new products, but when i try to preview them or click on them on my website, the page will not load. The product image can be seen when i view them on the main page, but when i click through to the link for that specific product, nothing appears. I have attached a sample of the blank screen.

Please update our theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/update-theme/ and also update all the plugins related to the theme.
Deactivate the third parties plugins not related to the theme.
