New sessions created during checkout

Good day,

Sometimes there has been a new session created during the checkout process. This is resulting in many wrong assigned conversions in Google Analytics, and wrong working emailflows.

I already made a segment in GA to check if there are common variables, but there isn’t. We are working with a 3rd party payment provider (Mollie).

Any idea how to fix this?

Sorry but we could not help with third party services. This is beyond our limitations and support policy.

The Checkout is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

The issue isn’t related to Woocommerce or Mollie. Every 3rd party service i am using is affected by this, so the only option is that it’s something in the Theme..

Also the issue started when i started to use Woodmart.

Hello,

You need to check first how it works with the default wordpress theme. Because as I mentioned the checkout in woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
