New slider with featured image is not displayed on mobile

When i add a new “slider” to my frontpage, the slide, text, button, url works, but the featured image is missing on the mobile version on a smartphone.
It doesn’t matter if i duplicate a existing slide and change the featured image.
I need a fix solution for that please.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

It worked before, so what good would it do me to deactivate all the plugins required for the site? There has to be a solution somehow without jeopardizing the functionality of my shop.
I made a clone with WP Staging, in the cloned version with the same configuartion and all the plugins, the featured images is available.

This could be caused by caching. Try to clear the cache from WP Rocket/ clear browser cache/server cache, and check how it works.

It works now. I’ve cleared the “Used CSS” seperately and after that it worked. I thought it is enough when i click on “delete and preload all cache files”.
