    Hi,

    I have just bought your theme and cannot edit any pages?

    Please can you look in to this thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all the required. If you have done that but the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them if you are running the child one and provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Deactivate this plugin http://prntscr.com/mwihvm and enable the maintenance mode in our theme

    Theme Settings > Maintenance mode. Enter your Maintenance page and set the maintenance template.

    Hi, I can now navigate around the site fine thanks. The problem I am having now is with the WP Bakery Page Builder when I edit a product and select one of your WPBakery predefined template parts and layouts from XTemos Studio and click preview it is only showing part of the template? If I update the page and refresh it will then show the full template? I am using your theme for 2 other websites and do not have this problem.

    More likely it is an issue of plugins conflict. Have you deactivated all the plugins and checked?

    Hi I have deactivated all the plugins that did not come with your theme and I am still having problems. I am trying to use your google map templates now and it will not show google maps in preview or when I update the product. I have attached a snap shot of your templates that I am trying to use

    Also the site is asking me to update to 3.6.1. I have already updated but it keeps asking me to?

    Hi

    Step 1 please go to this product Parking Old Trafford MUFC v Cardiff 12/05/19

    Step 2 Edit product backend

    Step 3 Click on WP Bakery Template Icon – WoodMart templates library

    Step 4 Add any Google Map template

    Step 5 Update product and view the product.

    When you now view the product it won’t show the google map only some of the text, if you use wp bakery frontend it will show the maps but when you save it and come out of wp bakery the map will not show.

    Sorry, we don’t understand what you mean. If you don’t have this information, try to contact your hosting provider and ask them to send you this data.
