I encountered a problem. I added an additional category description under the product category on the homepage. Every time I enter this category from the homepage, I click the View More button but the content cannot be opened.
Steps:
1. You must enter the webpage from the homepage, click the classified product, and then click the View More button of the additional description of this product category. The Collapsible content cannot be opened.Attachments:

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site here so I will check and give you a possible solution.

You need to increase PHP max input vars parameter on your server to 10000 and test how it works. You can ask your hosting provider for help on this matter.
Also, Please disable CDN temporarily and clear the server cache and check the issue.

wifos360ParticipantHi there, I have a similar issue. I told my hosting provider to bump my PHP max input Vars to 10,000 and then after that I told them to help me increase my php time limit to 180.
Can anyone tell me why my website is not showing any images? and is just showing code? All I’m doing is just simply importing a default electronic marketplace theme but the images are not showing up. I’ve also tried to re-import the theme but its still not working.

You currently have multiple third-party plugins installed on your site. We recommend deactivating them before reattempting the demo import. Additionally, please switch to the parent theme during the import process.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already it will conflict with your existing posts and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

I’ve tried to disabling all other plugins (except woo-commerce, woodmart, yoast) and only turn on the plugins that are necessary for woodmart but the results are the same.
I’ve even tried to activate the parent theme instead of the child theme. I then reset all theme settings in Woodmart and re-imported the demo content. However, the results are still the same (please see image attached).
You can try it too since you have my credentials.
Please let me know what I can do from here? The Mega electronics theme is an awesome looking theme. It will be great if I can get this up and running as soon as possible.
