New update not installing

Hi,
Thanks for the wonderful theme. I am currently using version 5.2.0. When I tried to update to 5.3.3 a bad format message appeared. I am attaching screenshot. Could you please help me with this?

Hello,
Try to deactivate the theme in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and then activate it with your purchase code. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check again” button. Then you should be able to update the theme without any problems.

Hi, I have activated theme with purchase code but problem persists. Any further suggestions please?

It seems like you didn’t deactivate and activate the theme as we asked you. Now your theme is updated correctly. Please, check from your side.
