Hi, Our current website with Woodmart theme does not load carousel arrows anymore, for products carousels and categories carousels, Promo banner carousels.

We’ve tested on local, and when we upgrade the theme’s last version, this is where the issue appears so it’s a direct correlation.

Can you please fix this issue, and let us know what to do from here.

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hello,

Thank you very much for purchasing our theme and reaching out to our support center.

Could you kindly disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access so that we can review it?

We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Well we cant just do that like this, we need to schedule a time to review it together as we work on it live.

How can we proceed from here, is there a way to provide you a local environment access or a staging access somehow?

The last theme update have So many issues its ridiculous, it was always fine and now we’ve spent 3-4 days fixing issues that arises on popups, images, alignment issues and more

I’m not sure sure how to proceed and its stressful to understand what’s possible to do.

Are you aware of more clients having issues and are you doing patches or a new version Asap?

also, can we revert to a past version of the theme or would that break even more if we dont update?

I need Help very very much ASAP on this, thanks in advance

PS – I’ve tried to launch as staging environment but I cannot remove all plugins, it does a critical site error, some are just crucial for the overall site to function, other that Woocommerce, Elementor, etc…

Here’s an access to the staging version I’ve just made

You can test with this one, but I can’t remove all plugins

Note that we’ve implemented already a lot of fixes on the issues we had, so some are not apparent at the moment.

One to check is here on the archive for example : https://wordpress-1142386-5878533.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1201668897&action=elementor

    Preview live : https://wordpress-1142386-5878533.cloudwaysapps.com/woodmart_layout/shop-archive-layout-vegetables-3

The custom buttom + Off-canva widget can’t be open , and the normal off-canvas button for the product filters can’t be opened neither.

See the screenshot for reference on the item that doesn’t work to trigger the popups , and off-canvas

    Hello,

Please, use the Private content field to share your website information and hide it from the public. Also, we can’t view your staging website at the moment. We need your server authentication username and password.

    Kind Regards

Gotcha I think this would be the one?

Otherwise, do you need access to the server backend direct?

    Hello,

As we can see, you have added the off-canvas sidebar button but we don’t see the actual sidebar as described in the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-off-canvas-sidebar/
Could you please clarify if you have it?

    Kind Regards

Gotcha, I’ve installed the native function and this one works thanks!

Now what I intended to also fix are the buttons with off-canvas, and popups doesn’t trigger at the moment, that was the principle I was showing, can you check this one here then as a popup that doesn’t work

Also, since the new update, some elements have been misaligned, such as this custom menu we’ve made, and more elements that were fine before the theme update.

So can you check what causes those and how to fix it on both sides?

PS – We’ve fixed the issue the button not opening the popup, so now remains the misaligment of the menu elements

Ok so I’ve created a new staging environment, and the thing is we’ve fixed a lot of the issues that appeared since your last update, and those are made through css and html updates, so you won’t be able to see them on naked eye as we speak.

However, here’s some issues on 2 pages that are still is to fix, where you will see issues on the layout directly.

Some images appears completely oversized, backgrounds with unselected colours appear, layout breaks, and overall is completely wrong versus what it should be looking like

Ps – Should be more like the last 2 pictures I’ve attached, which comes from our footer, which is similar and not broken on the UI

PPS – This is URGENT and needs immediate attention please, the website always have new issues that arises and we don’t know the root cause since your past update 1-2 weeks ago, it keeps breaking, but never had issues prior to this.

    Hi,

We have checked the pages you sent and can see that they do not look the same as the screenshots you previously provided. Overall, they appear to be configured on the backend exactly as they are displayed on the frontend.

By default, our theme does not affect third-party Elementor styles or elements added by other plugins. Our theme can potentially influence elements that were added by the WoodMart theme and are located in the corresponding section of WoodMart theme elements (https://monosnap.ai/file/Fin6arOr0HcD4cuhUvE7FWe9blExnn).

After reviewing the page, we also see that the pages you are referring to use very few WoodMart theme elements — only a couple, such as the “Information Box” which you are using as a section heading (https://monosnap.ai/file/GuRmTeXUyykeKSKtlGi7GyhYifo7Zz). From what we can see, it looks exactly as it should according to your settings in the editor.

In general, our theme does not have styles for third-party elements. The styles that are present, including border color, border radius, background, flex position, and alignment, were configured using the Elementor plugin’s options, which our theme does not affect.

One of the possible causes for such issues may be outdated generated styles from the Elementor plugin that might not have been automatically cleared after updating the theme and the Elementor plugin, or which may have been additionally cached by a caching plugin. If you see similar problems again, please try using the special Elementor plugin tool “Clear Files & Data”, which is located as shown in the screenshot https://monosnap.ai/file/GALrhZk6KfRurNWMbd2A2fVgn0BsFq. You can find more information about this tool in the plugin’s documentation here: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/.

    Kind Regards
