New user – incorrect orders

Hello,
I have a problem.
If the customer decides to register on the store’s website before making a purchase (create an account), then 1 or 2 orders from other customers are randomly assigned to his account !!!!
On the side of a random order in the field “customer” gets a new user’s email address added!
I can not diagnose why this is happening. Could this be the wrong import of orders from the previous theme? Assigned orders come from the period when the old theme was still there.
It can not be so. Please help !

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I checked in the first place how the imported orders look. It turned out that when importing orders, the database got mixed up. There was a gap and when adding a new client, e-mail addresses filled it out. It’s hard to explain. I removed the defect by manually improving all the imported orders.
