new user registration problems

I have problems in the new user form, I already checked that users can be registered in my wordpress configuration but even so the problem persists. I attach the photo 22222 where the problem is shown, in the photo 11111 it looks like the demo and the photo 33333 is the woocomerce configuration is fine, please help me to solve it.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
