I think you can login right now. Excuse me, It’s an IP-adres protection who blocked your IP.
Screenshot doesn’t make sense for better understanding, if you try to add a template with WP bakery builder you will see it doesn’t add the template.
Please, provide us your FTP access as well using our Private content field.

It looks like your server blocks PHP requests to our API server. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to check this from their side. Our server’s IP is 138.201.123.145.

I can connect to your server using FTP, it is not a problem. I’m talking about the problem that your server can’t reach our server with IP 138.201.123.145 to load the WPBakery template from the library.

Finally a solution (I think). I opened some firewall ports and I think our server can reach with your IP. Can you try?
