New website error

Hi, I need your help with my client’s website.

The website was completed around 2 weeks ago, and now a serious issue has appeared even though no major changes or unusual work have been done recently.

The main issue is that whenever I try to update anything in Elementor, I get a 500 Internal Server Error, and the changes are not saved.

I also noticed that the hosting File Manager is now showing around 2.27 GB of disk usage, and there seem to be some additional files that I’m not sure about. I have kept the website clean and properly organized and have tried to avoid unnecessary files or plugins.

I need your help with two things:

1. Please investigate and fix the Elementor 500 Server Error so I can update and save the website normally again.
2. Please thoroughly check the website and hosting files for any errors, unnecessary files, or other issues that could be causing problems or taking up excessive storage.

The website has a lot of work in it, and rebuilding it from scratch would be extremely difficult for me.

I have checked your website using Elementor and tested updating the settings. The changes are saving correctly, and I am not encountering the reported 500 Internal Server Error.

I have also asked you to please check the other errors on the website. I managed to resolve the 500 Internal Server Error myself after trying several things, but I am still facing issues.

The main problems are still there:

* The section hide/show settings in Elementor are not working correctly.
* Elementor Preview is not working properly.
* There are still other issues/errors that need to be checked.

Please check the website thoroughly and look into the remaining issues, not just the 500 error.

I also noticed that one section was deleted from the website without informing me. It was my client’s category banner section. No problem, I am adding it again, but please make sure that **no section, element, content, or design is deleted or changed without informing me first.**

I have a lot of trust in WoodMart, and I have built many of my clients’ websites using this theme. That is why I really want these issues to be resolved properly.

My client’s Meta Ads are currently running, and these Elementor issues are causing them significant problems. So I would really appreciate it if you could treat this as a priority and help me resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have checked your website and tested the page in Elementor. I was able to edit the page without any issues. The Hide/Show options are working correctly, and the Preview is also loading properly.

Could you please record a short video showing the exact steps to reproduce the issue on your website and share it with us? This will help us understand the issue and investigate it further.

Regarding the section mentioned in your message, I have not deleted any section from your website during my testing.

I only tested the page and Elementor settings without intentionally removing or modifying any existing content or design.
