Newly setup the theme, everything mess up!

This theme doesn’t seems that friendly to me, not sure why but please help if you know how to troubleshoot for me. Thank you so much!!

1. I already imported the Medical demo content, but the entire page layout is a mess. How can I properly set the layout of the website as I did the changes on the Theme Settings, but doesn’t seems taking any effect. https://snipboard.io/PKe0aw.jpg

2. I uploaded the Logo and choose one the menu and set as Main menu, but it doesn’t take effect. https://snipboard.io/oVeSac.jpg

3. How can I change the footer as well as most of the settings I did at the Theme Settings doesn’t seems apply well. The footer doens’t show the same content as the Widgets > Footer 1,2,3

4. How can I remove the word on the “Back to Top” icon as I just want to show the arrow only.

In summary, anything I change, mostly are not apply and take effect.

Please help!

The whole Medical page, I can’t do anything now as anything I did, is not reflect on the page.

If you tried to install the theme on the fresh WordPress installation, pleaser removes all and provide admin access I will help to install and upload the demo.

If you are trying to install the theme on the existing theme, please check if you have a backup and roll back to the version before installation, then provide the site admin access to the private area I will help to install and upload the demo.

I have viewed the screen and I see your site, most likely there may be a plugins conflict.
