But by proceeding like this, we would risk reimporting all the pages on an already existing site and messing up WordPress?
So this is intended more for new sites?

If you import “Accessories” dummy content then the previously imported content will be removed.

Yep, the “Accessories” dummy is intended more for new sites.

The new “Checkout” page is built by using our Layout builder, so you can upload it via the Dashboard -> Layouts.
