Hello, I’d like to ask two questions with regards to newsletter.
1. How to disable the pop-up window (during first visit)
2. On homepage “Join Our Newsletter” section, I’m seeing this error “Mailchimp for WordPress error: There is no form with ID 173, perhaps it was deleted?” Where can I fix this form?
You can disable the popup in the Theme Settings > Promo popup.
If you see this message: Mailchimp for WordPress error: There is no form with ID 173 – it means you need to create a new form and replace the shorcode, the previous one with this ID has been deleted.
