1. Configure newsletter plugin and assign it to the mail sending account

after creating new form .. and pasting the short code of it, that is how it looks like now.. as attached .. it done’s look like a form !

I did and it doesn’t look like any of the forms in the demos .. and there is no options in this contact form 7 element to make it look any better ..

Hello,

You have added contact form 7 that is why it does not look like newsletter form. Contact form 7 is for correspondence. Newsletter form is for collecting emails for further newsletter sending.

Make sure you have activated the newsletter plugin > Appearance > Install plugins.
Add a text block and insert the newsletter form.

I think you mean by activating the newsletter plugin you mean MailChamp which is already activated .. and after creating the text block and inserting the newsletter short code of the form that i have created in contacts > contact forms .. the newsletter box looks unproperiate .
