Newsletter form

1. My newsletter form in the footer is on 2 lines and would like to get it on one.

2. How can I get brands in breadcrumbs to work, I also created a brands page listing all brands.

2. When I tried to access brand page, it worked , for e.g: https://giftmoments.zumesite.com/brands/300/
