Newsletter Pop Up

Hi, please have a look, i have followed the video regarding inserting a pop up for newsletter sign up in my header, however it’s not working correctly.

I checked your site and you disabled Promo popup in Theme Settings > General > Promo popup, please create a dev site – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. Then, you can check the configurations for Newsletter top bar.
