Newsletter sign up button does not have right view format

I have the next problem:
On the main page of “www.saverconsumer.com” instead, the newsletter sign up button is showing.

Most likely you have deleted the form and the shortcode shows not existing form or plugin has been deactivated.

Make sure you have activated the plugin MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress

If the plugin has been activated, create the form: https://prnt.sc/vb9dc7
