Newsletter signups other than mailchimp

How do I create a newsletter signup form that is not mailchimp related.
We are currently using sleeknote for sending out newsletters.

You will have to find the plugin which provides the subscription through this service. The plugin should support the shortcode so that you could insert the form by means of the shortcode.
