Ninja Forms not working

Hi I’m very familiar with Ninja Forms because is very easy to style and work with. I installed but its not working properly, this happened just on Woodmart template. Is ninja forma compatible with woodmart? Is there something you can help me with?

Im also getting this message when i try to update the theme

“Oppdatering mislyktes: Pakken kunne ikke installeres. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

What can that be? I have the last PHP version.

I found out that the conflict is with Elementor, as soon i deactivate Elementor the Ninja Form plugin works perfectly, do you hva any idea how can i solve this?

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
