No automatic theme update

Hello

My theme license is activated but there’s no option to update woodmart to version 4.2

I have tried to de-activate the theme license and activate it again but when I go to Appearance -> Themes -> Woodmart there’s no update option

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Thanks, I disabled all the plugins not related to Woodmart but still no ability to update.

We have clicked on check for updates button in Dashboard -> Updates and now the update is available.
