no email sent from woocommerce during orders

I don’t know if you can help me but I have a problem that I cannot solve.
I have the woodmart theme for my online store and when someone places orders I don’t get any emails. Neither I as administrator nor the customer receives an email to confirm the order and to notify that a new order has arrived. I do not know what to do. I hope you can help me.

This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence that.
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
If you see the same on the Storefront, please check the Woocommerce settings or contact your host support.
