yithemes support wrote this to our issue:
“I checked your product page and your theme or page builder have removed the default WooCommerce notice element, which is the one we use include any error related to the bundle. If you set another theme for example Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five and removed the page builder, you should be able to see the notices.”The problem is:
1. Please open the product in private content section.
2. In this bundle product you are allowed to activate max. 2 checkboxes/product options.
3. So select 3 checkboxes/options to trigger an error: you are allowed to set only two options…
4. Click the add to cart button: Now you shoud see an error: You selected more as allowed… But no error/warning is shown to user when woodmart is enabled.How to fix this problem?
Support of the plugin https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-product-bundles/ told us this issue is caused by woodmart. If they switch to astra or hello theme or wp default theme everything is fine.
Please fix this problem.
All other plugins disabled.
All versions was updated.
No caching plugin enabled.
No error in debug log.BR

Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and leave the plugin for bundles so we can test how it works without plugins.

The problem was solved after switched to another theme.
But okay… we have disabled again all plugins and only keep woodmart core and bundle plugin enabled.
Test it again please and you will see: its still not solved.-

we playing to long email ping pong with information and steps we already have done and was written in the initial ticket it was done… We have solved the issue with a custom snippet which we get from yith support to make woodmart working with this plugin. Why the woodmart support is so like email ping pong? 2 or 3 years beore the support was much smarter and faster.May 27, 2026 at 11:49 am #719628Hello,
Thanks for the update and for your patience.Sorry for the back-and-forth. We first needed admin access to verify the issue directly, and then we were blocked by the IP restrictions, so we asked for the whitelist. We’re still ready to help and investigate this further on our side if it’s caused by the theme.
Please provide:
– Temporary WP admin access via the forum’s Private Content field.
– The direct link to the affected product and confirmation of the steps to reproduce.
– The custom snippet you received from YITH. If possible, keep the snippet disabled after sharing it so we can reproduce the issue as-is, or let us know if it must stay enabled.Once we have this, we’ll check the notices output and proceed with a proper fix if the problem is related to WoodMart.
