    Hey guys, got this issue

    how can i fix that?
    theme and all plugins are active

    Hello,

    1. Navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all the required, if it does not help then…
    2. Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
